2.1 Contact form / email inquiries

Name, email, optional phone, message content
Purpose: responding to inquiry
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))
Retention: 7 days without further agreement

2.2 When you become a client

Name, date of birth, Slovak personal ID, address, ID card / passport, banking details
Legal basis: contract / legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c))
Retention: 10 years (statutory archive)

3. Recipients

Government authorities (Commercial Register, Trade Register, Tax Authority, Social Insurance)
Notaries (signature certifications)
Banks (with consent)
Local partners abroad (foreign country services)
Supervisory authorities (when requested under law)

4. Transfers to third countries

For foreign country services, transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur. Based on contract performance (Art. 49(1)(b)), adequacy decision by the European Commission, or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
